Timelines at Soul Media depend on scope. Social media clips and short promos: 1–2 weeks. Corporate films and event videos: 2–4 weeks. Documentary and long-form productions: 4+ weeks. We agree deadlines before a single camera rolls and we stick to them. For urgent projects, fast-track delivery is available; ask us when you get in touch.

We match equipment to each brief rather than using a one-size-fits-all kit. Our standard setup includes Sony cinema cameras (FX6,Fx3, and A7S III), 4K HDR workflows, professional lighting rigs, 32-bit audio capture, drones. Great gear enables great stories but your message always comes first.
Q4. Who owns the rights to the finished video?
You do it completely. Upon full payment, you retain full ownership rights to all final content. For Premium package clients, this includes all raw footage as standard. For other packages, raw footage ownership can be arranged in writing before production begins. We never claim copyright over your content.
Q7. How many revisions are included in your packages?
Revisions are built into every package. Basic and Standard clients receive structured feedback rounds; Premium clients receive unlimited revisions until they're completely satisfied. Soul Media is based in London and currently serves clients across the UK and Europe. We travel for events, multi-location shoots, and corporate productions nationwide. International expansion is planned for 2026 contact us to discuss your specific location and we'll let you know what's possible.
