Any additional services requested during a project may incur additional costs and require an amended agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may incur additional fees and delay project delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will be granted a license to use the final content as specified in the project agreement.

We retain the right to use completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The client warrants that any content provided to us does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Revisions and Amendments

The project agreement will specify the number of revisions included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Substantial changes to the original brief may be considered a new project and priced accordingly.

6. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the client will be invoiced for any work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
